American home shield They make it sooooo difficult to get service

They are nearly impossible to get service.  I have been on hold about an hour on the phone writing one negative review after another as I sit on hold.

They make it so difficult to get service the customer (like mine) called someone else, paid them and got it fixed.  AHS expected my customer to wait many days to get the service guy out to repair hot water heater, so she called someone else.  AHS kept their primium, and refusted to reimburse her.

I have been on HOLD for 53 minutes here for customer service to answer, during which I have written 5 negative reviews. Never never do business with this company.  A total wast of your time and money.
