I have been recieving numerous award notifications in the mail. However in order for me to recieve this award or these so called "Awards" which are constantly being sent out to me I must send in a processing fee. Just to find out I have to send another processing fee to statewhich denomination I would like to recieve the award once I have been selected. The options given to me to recieve my $2,000,000.00 rewars, "Cash Funds" are either A) stretched out in 30 payments of $66,666.66 (scarey choice of denomination) over 30 years or B) 1 lump sum of $1,327,940.00. Which would you choose? I am not sure I am going to live another 30 years and being it's non-transferable I can not leave it to my child or my family.

The funny thing is me like most are vulnerable and yes want so badly to wish or hope this was actually true. In fact wnting to believe this is possible or true, I sent ANC a processing payment of $11.89 and of course it was cashed. To only recieve 4 more so called prelimanry award notices asking for more processing monies more or less for the same amount. I do not understand how many processing charges they need to collect per an individual, with no given time frame of when the sweepstakes will be announced. The notice I have here in my hand right now states, Final review and mail confirmation. Yes on the very first notification my last name was wrong and of course this would be non-transferablre so I sent back the with my correct legal name and spelling along with the processing fee and how I would like my disbursement just to get another award notice corrected with another of the same fee.

I guess in order to continue running a scam such as this and playing on the hopes and vulnerability of people like myself they need revenue for the materials and postage to send these notices out. In fact after I sent out the first processing fee they sent me a "made in china' silevr plated tiny necklace with a "made in china" so called pendant. Maybe I will give to the little girl next door. I saw the same "necklace" on ebay for $0.10. Upon this new processing fee they are giving a "Valuable Premium Offer, A valuable Booklet containing coupons worth more than $2,500.00 in discounts on goods and services WHEN fully redeemed at participating major merchants". Well I guess you can say get something for the $11.89.

I hope that helps them sleep at night. If I want coupons all I have to do is buy a newspaper or perhaps the entertainment book. However with all this being said I had a gut feeling to google this "ANC Award Notification Commission" or whatever this is and found this site.

Not to mention the funny thing is that I never entered any sweepstakes to begin with and wonder how they got my information. I hope there is some way these SCAMS can stop generating and targeting vulnerable people giving false hopes to consumers. Is there no way to regulate such things?

All in all I felt it was important to take the time out and write this review so that others out there do not fall into the same trap. Maybe I should look at this situation in another way. Fortunately it only cost me $11.89 and not hundreds and thousdands of dollars to find out later on I was SCAMMED. I knew from the very first mailer it was I just was hoping there was th slightest chance it could be. I guess I am just one of those that aare not suppose to have money drop out of the sky.

Like the old saying goes, "What you put in is what you get out:. In this case I didn;t put anything in but $11.89. I got what I paid for. A whole lot of nothing and a bunch of paperwork to throw out. Save a tree ANC instead of using all this paper and mailings to falsify and play on the hopes and vulnerabily of others. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me,
