 These people are bottom feeder scum bags. They called trying scare tactics on me. They told me if I didn't pay them they would sue me. I told them go ahead so I can collect from them. The FDCA states that debts may only be pursued up to 6 years after they are due. In Texas the statue of limitation is 4 years. They got very rude and hung up on me. Good thing I had my phone recorder on. I'm going to file a complaint with the Illinois  attorney general and the state of Texas attorney general. These bottom feeder scum bags need to learn a lesson. They call posing as attorneys but don't know what to do when they have a real lawyer on the other line. I think I will go after this company and hit them in the wallet and make them pay attorney fees will keep everyone informed.
