A sales man from AT&T (Mario Davis) came to my house last week 2-27,12 and sold me a package for AT&T U-verse for $102.00 month,I signed a contract with him for as long as I had AT&T it would never change, call AT&T the next week and they said my bill would be $124.00 a month and would not agree to the contract i signed,,,,, Just want to let people know not to sign up with at&t they do not stand behind their sellers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AT&T does not come to your home.

3rd parties who don't really work for AT&T will, and they are scammers. You got scammed. Does your contract have the 3rd person's info on it?

If it does have an address, phone, etc, you should be able to find them. You can also sue them in civil court, depending on the fine print in the contract.
