AT AND T REBATE COMPANY refuses to send my rebate card to me. even after repeateedly phone calls the only answer is you will receive it in 7-10days and this has been since april 13, 2009

Sorry but it cleary states on the rebate form that it takes 8 weeks. You can also go to there web site www.att.com/wirelessrebate and it will cleary state the status of your rebate. Im not sure why you would have been told 7 to 10 days. The rebate company has to wail at least 30 days to process the rebate. This is because the customer has 30 days to return the phone for a refund.

7-10 means buisness days to process.
It has been 6 buisness days since that 10 days was up.
Assume 2-3 days mail time at the FASTEST so you're only a couple days overdue now.
Tell us if you havent recieved anything in a few more weeks.
