According to this company they are not responsible for what their service reps do. Since they refused to reimburse me for a modem that was stolen by one of their agents. They claimed there was no way to prove it and that they would give me any money to cover the cost of what was taken. I would not recommend this company to anyone since they also offer pricing that after a couple of months will not honor and then proceed to increase the charges.
