Ordered internet and it did not work...everytime I called they offered more services at reduced rates. Rewrote orders to reflect changes. They canceled my service that never functioned and sent me a bill for $52 for internet that never worked and was unusable.They are refusing to provide the services that two representatives offered.Bait and switch scam.I still have no internet after fighting with them for over one month. No end in site.Poorly trained rude customer service people. Crooked business practices. I thought qwest was bad but I would welcome them back.
