Choice Home Warranty Didn't pay for the water damage that I paid to get fixed. (1300.00) Edidon New Jersey

Filed a claim and didn't get a resonse from the company. They give you a claim number, of course they turn down the claim to keep from paying. Once given the claim number they send you a email stating that it is rejected. Respond to the rejected claim and sent proof of repairs. Have not got a phone call or email stating what is going on.

They have you on hold for over a hour to make you don't call again. You get through and get a number to call and get no answer, it's a voice mail and can't understand the message. You py for service and get this type of treatment, will never go with this company again and the will cancel the coverage .
