CHOICE HOME WARRANTY CHARGES $80 A MONTH AND NOW THAT WE PUT IN A CLAIM AND THEY APPROVED IT  BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR E-MAIL. CONTRACTOR STATES THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN HIM ANY DIRECTION. THIS IS AN EMERGENCY CUZ ITS 110 DEGREES AND WE HAVE 4 SMALL CHILDREN IN THE HOUSE. VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE LACK OF SERVICE AND RESPONSE.

Choice Home Warranty Furnace failed and needed replacement. Inspection was performed on 1/3/2024. The failed part was not available and it was determined on 1/5/2023 that a furnace replacement was needed. From Monday 1/8-1/15 I was told Choice was waiting for an estimate from Sears repairs. Late in the day on 1/15 I received an email with a bid for the items not covered by my policy. The estimate had errors and didn't even mention what the replacement furnace was.. Edison New Jersey

Choice Home Warranty My water heater leaking charged a service charge. Sent out a technician who charged an additional $200 with no itemized statement. paid for a very cheap hot water heater with only a 3 year tank warranty. Plus it was dented in the side. It took 5 days to get the heater replaced. Beware they replace with the CHEAPEST parts around. TOTAL RIP-OFF Edison New Jersey
