Frank Chen, United Service Systems of South Florida ,was sent to my home by Choice home warranty service. He scammed me, cost of 2 air conditioners $8000, took my 2 air conditioners, damaged that are not working & damaged several walls and the foundation and reversed some of the electrical wiring causing further damage.
