I have qwest dsl and the Cox tech came and disconnected my dsl service and hooked up phone line. I did not order any service from them. I had to call qwest tech to find out what had happened and this was verifed.

For crying out loud, at some point you have to tell them what you have, so they don't make a mistake like that. They are assuming you don't have it right? You should have told the tech about that so he would of ran a seperate line I assume. The techs can't read your mind.
