Expresscameras.com Bait and Switch, non-delivery of items, wrong items. Edison New Jersey

I placed my original order, for a hdv camera, which was reasonably priced, but a very good value; I received an email requiring a phone confirmation on my order.

I called, and was told that the item I wished to order wasn't complete unless I ordered another 1,000 dollars worth of accessories. This included a view finder, battery and charger, etc. I upgraded my order under the impression this was needed.

When my order arrived the tripod and case was missing, and the additional battery I purchased was for another camera not the one I purchased. I called them back, I was unable to get anyone in costumer service for days on end.

Finally when I got someone he assured me it would be sent out and that I could return the battery. Its been another month and the tripod and case have not arrived.

Also, I am under the impression that this is a company run by one individual, because over the last few months whenever I call I only have spoken to the same individual. This leads me to believe that this entire operation is a fraud.
