We placed an order for a Nikon D80 "Professional" package on 12-20 -06 with UPS 3 day ground shipping. We received a conformation email that same date.We called on 12-27-06 because the camera had not arrived. I was put on hold 4 times with 2 different reps. each saying wait a second and then putting me on hold.

Finally a rep. answered and asked for the shipping address. I gave it and asked if the camera had been shipped? The rep. said "do you want to cancel" and I said no, I need it now and why has it not been shipped.

He abruptly said "your order is cancelled, and hung up. I tried to call back and got a recording that forwarded me to a non-toll free number. He had blocked me form calling back toll free!

We are concerned about the security of our credit card info and will never use these abusive con artists again.
