Expresscameras.com Called on placed order and tried to sell different product. When I refused they said my order was out of stock Intenet internet

I placed an order for a camera. They said to call to confirm the order. When I called they tried to sell me a differendt camera and lenses. When I said I only wanted what they advertised they said it was backordered. I tried to order a different camera and once again they sent me an email to confirm the order. When I said I just wanted what was advertised they again said it was out of stock. They would contact me when it was in stock . They have never done so. It's obvious that they have no intention of selling the specials which are priced lower than on any other camera internet site. For unsuspecting buyers their hard sell tactics of bait and switch when you call to confirm probably works. A real ripoff for honest consumers who probably believe what they say. Hope you can help put a stop to their tactics.
