First, this company will not accept a canadian credit card. Put money on my daughters american one. had to confirm, when did so, they tried very very hard to sell many extras, refused all just wanting the camera. was supposed to be here in three days; after 10 i called them, to find out that they had cancelled the order, due to not enough in supply. I asked how come the person who confirmed the order did not know that and was told that was not his department, but i am sure if we had ordered the $200 battery and other accessories our order would have arrived. Supposedly we were emailed to say the order was cancelled and when he read the address back it was no where near what it should have been; so much for my husband's Christmas present!
