Fred Loya Insurance rip off. Claims 10 % at fault because did not "look out" what a joke! That was the finding actually on the report to make innocent party 10% at fault. El Paso Texas

My son completely had the right of way when a motorist insured by Fred Loya pulled out in front of my son who was 17 at the time. He turned 18 just about a month after this incident. The police did not file a report because it was what they said cut and dry. Bianca from Fred Loya hassled my son on the phone for over 50 minutes. After she was getting no where to try to trick him into saying something that could be his fault she hung up on him. I called her back and said I wanted a transcript of the call. That my son told me some of the inappropriate things that were said to him. She said she would fax it because they record all calls. Well, guess what..this call did not get recorded according to Chapa. Bianca first claimed he was 20% at fault due to where the damage on the car was. I called our police department and they said they were pulling the three D's. I called and informed Bianca of this who then said they would lower it to 10% not because of damage but because he did not "look out". He was completely in the right away !!! We have an eye witnesses that saw the man jet out in front of my son.

This company needs a full investigation!

We went to the garage where Fred Loya likes to have their estimates.
Of course we received an unfair estimate where they will only pound out dents instead of replacing the hood and bumper. We took the car to other garages when they found out the estimate was for Fred loya they said good luck they are impossible to work with and one gentleman said he just had to throw a Fred Loya adjuster of his property the last week! Treating his own insured badly!
Both my son and I have been talked to with disrespect and even laughter. By the adjusters handling this case.

Beware of Bianca and Chapa who are employed by this company. Bianca actually harrassed a 17 year old for almost an hour!
And tried to claim she only had him on the phone for no more than 20 minutes. I have phone records to prove that is wrong.
Beware if you are the insured or in a collision with someone with Fred Loya insurance. Make sure to keep a recorder to record every conversation from the beginning.
