A Young man came selling magazines for tuition to college. He took my cash and gave me my receipt.

He talked the whole time and kept me off track so I would not concintrate on anything for too long. I have not received my magazine so I got out my receipt and it stated I still owed money. I paid the full 55 dollars in cash.

when I tried to contact the company the phone numbers were a run around.
