Ioffer - Sierra31ny ripoff Paid for quality bags recieved cheap quality Sent items back with delivery conf-seller denies receiving package and refuses refund Blocked all communication! Keep bags and my money!! Internet

I bought items from Sierra31ny that sells on ioffer on 01/27/05 throught stormpay, seller sent out weeks after. Did not get items until 02/21/05, my order was incorrect and was not the quality she promised!!!! Told me that was her suppliers fault and that she would contact supplier and see if could get items...she advised me to send items back and would give me refund or exchange, seller could not get items from supplier at the quality promised so I sent everything back to her in original packaging with delivery confirmation!!!! Seller denies receiving package even though I have contacted her postal office and they have confirmed that package was received!!! Went back and forth with seller for about 2 weeks and she is refusing to give money back, then she blocked both of my email address and to make things worse she got me kicked off of ioffer!!!!!! So, now she has the items and my money---I tried to contact ioffer, but they don't care! Yet I still see her selling on ioffer-ripping other innocent people off too!!!
