JUST BRAKES UNWANTED REPAIRS SUSPECTED Ripoff Atlanta Georgia

Hello, First Of all, I appreciate your time taken to read this long letter about my experience with Just Brakes.

I went to a Just Brakes store (Intersection of North Druid Hills RD and Interstate 85) in Atlanta GA yesterday
for a brake service (I knew that I needed to change the brake pads and re-surface the rotors and maybe change the front brake rotors)

The Just brakes mechanic told me that they have a 4 wheel brake service for 99 dollars which includes brake shoes and Resurfacing of rotors with a lifetime warranty as long as I owned the car.

I left the car with them and after a few hours the mechanic called me and told me that the Calipers (Both front and rear) were faulty and needed to be changed.

The options that he gave were -
Replace the calipers (Genuine Nissan - which according to him would cost me a lot)
Replace the calipers (Non Nissan which would be cheaper)
Rebuild the calipers (Which would be my cheapest option and this would be as good as replacing the calipers)

I told him to just replace the brake shoes and resurface the rotors (The 99 dollar service) but he said that if he does that they would not give me the warranty because the caliper would cause those parts to be worn out quicker.

I had no choice now except replace the caliper.
I told him on the phone that I do not want anything to be done on the car and I would stop by to take it back and he told me that the car is already in the shop and work has started on it.

I had to reluctantly agree to have the calipers fixed and the total cost would be around $450. When I went to get the car back, the mechanic told me that the following tasks had been performed on my car -

Replaced the Brake Pads
Re Surface the Rotors
Bleed Fill and Adjust Brake System
Rebuilt the calipers

I had to pay $468 after tax

On top of this, the mechanic told me that I had to change the rotors on ALL 4 WHEELS (Another $350 estimate for that) because they were crystallized.
I will end up paying more than $800 for a brake service if I did that.

He also mentioned that I would now hear grinding noises on the rear brakes because of the rotors (I never had that problem before)

If I changed my rotors at any other store other than Just Brakes, the warranty on all the work they had performed (Pads, Calipers etc) would be VOID! And they wouldnt take any responsibility for the brakes after that.

My brakes do not seem any better after the service and I feel that I have been DUPED by Just Brakes.

I came back home and researched on Just Brakes on Google and found out that there are so many victims of this company who went thro the same thing.

There are also news reports about a sting operation by the Police in Florida which led to the closing down of three Just brakes shops there.

Many people have suggested NOT going to the Better Business Bureau because Just Brakes is a member of the BBB and they wouldnt do anything.

Do I have any options to get my money back or at least a part of it? Somebody please help me!
