Called 8/01/06 around 12:00pm to make payment company refused payment. threaten legal action.

Company manager (Terry Flin) has been repeatedly calling work (Knowingly) giving out personal information about the loan I received, to Co workers and Supervisor's, also implying possible legal action to supervisor's. Terry Flinn Threat ed to call all Supervisors again and tell that we would pay full amount. Terry Flinn also stated its hard to get a job nowadays and implied if he talks to my supervisor again I would maybe lose my job.

Terry Flinn also named off many people he had/ and would talk to about this situation at my job.. He named about 3-4 supervisors. Company Manager Terry Flin explained the he would rather take legal action than take a payment ... I wrong a letter to cease communicate 08/01/06 (today). asking the company to contact me or wife by writing only. and to cease calls to job and supervisors given out personal information.
