the same story like all the victims here descriped and on many other scam report website, LIVECAREER give you a bait of a free resume of online service, of course they wont tell you on the front page the so call"free service"is only for "free typing" and when it comes to the step of printing-out the resume they block you from releasing the full resume unless you pay nearly USD5 dollars if you want it, ofcourse you just dont want to give it up, you make your time, effort maybe nearly 2 hours sits infront of your computer, gets your eyeball extremely strained,  so naturally and most people like you are willing to give them your credit card details to make the payment. though u only expect it to be a one time-off payment, since they obtained your credit card details they sneakly withdraw your money without any consent or any notification in black and white.

Why i call them a fraud company is because: Right after the payment of USD4.95 I received an email confirming my payment and i go back to their website to cancel the monthly subscriptions immediately, no confirmation letter was received. I thought it was perfectly done, when i come back from oversea and looked my bank account statement i was  so angary, i feel been cheated and robbed, i do remember so clearly that i terminate the service but why the charges still keeps rolling-over, so i assess to my account on LIVECAREER and notice my resume is still their,

i click the cancel suscription buttom it pompt me "sucessful", after awhile i log into my account again to verify but found my resume is still there, i repeat the same process to cancel it, surprisingly when i log in again, my resume can STILL BE ACHIEVED!!! i call their service line and the lady argued with me "why the first time you didnt report it to us, unfortunately the money could not be refunded".

I feel totally been set up. I trust your company your website in the first place, it might be my mistake that i didnt chase for a formal cancellation statement from them, i simply and naively believe i cancelled the subscription via their website even without a formal letter still valid, but now they could despicablely use this as an excuese robs and keeps robbing your money as long as you miss to check your bank statements.

LiveCareer ranks top 1 on Google, if not been robbed, who the hell knows their reputation is so sucks. THERE ARE THOUSANDS

OF COMPLAINS ON THE INTERNET COMPLAINING LIVECAREER AS A MONEY SCAM SITE, however Livecareer itself makes great effort by using manpower to cool down the victims but mostly the final deal is the same "NO REFUND". it is obviously they never self-reviewed cause until recent month still comes out the victims compaining been withdrawed money without any consent. Why people "CARELESSLY MISSOUT" the step to prevent further outrageous charges incurred, the simple reason is their website is purposely designed in this way waiting people been trapped.

I wish someone could stand out to protect our consumer's basic right, report it to the local anti-fraud government section, if we could take our encourage, rise up and get united to appeal this case to the court, whatever it is to protect us as a consumer's basic right!
