Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Bought one spoon for a gift and macy credit card to get a discount on the spoon. Got billed, payed billed and then they charged me a late fee. For some reason they didn't get the money from the bank, so I payed them again, and they charged me again another late fee. Called them on the phone payed off the bill and they charged me another 16 for paying by phone! What a scam. They purposely do mistakes so they can keep charging late fees on you.

There's got to be a sitcom that could run with this story line. The royalties should more than pay for the spoon and the fees.

- For "some reason"? Did it ever occur to you that you may have entered in the information wrong, that you didn't have enough money in the account, or that the bank may have even screwed up?
If this was a common occurrence you would be seeing hundreds of these reports. So I guess they must just be picking on you.
