my heritage have stolen my pension all i had for my food and heating for the next 10 days.until my next pension day.
i joined in their free trial and then cancled it a2wks before it would have ended.i couldnt understand when my on line shopping (as i am ill and disabled)cancelled my delivery. so checked with my bank who told me myheritage had a pending payment of £59.99 and my bank could not stop it.
i did not give my heritage permission.
i have been in tears and shock for the last 5days not knowing which way to turn.
i have been emailing their several addresses and they have been just replying with their automatic replys.
then yesterday they replyed saying yes i had canceled in time but they had no proof they had taken my pension so i replied with proof for them from my bank.
and now they are ignoring me again.
my bank will help or try to help after 7days. i love my bank they always take good care of me but 7days dont help me now.
no money for heating or food.
i am not a well person and cant cope with myheritage being so wicked to me.

i have since heard from my heritage and it seems they feel the fault is of my own doing. i can not dispute this as i have mental health problems and short term memory problems.
but they say they will refund me. i wait in hope and if/when they do i will gladly write a apology on here. and a thank you.
i stand by the fact they have made me feel very ill indeed as it is taking many days to get any reply from them.

This is a situation of your own doing unfortunately. While you may be ill and disabled Im sure your MIND is still sharp. When YOU entered in YOUR payment information YOU clicked on a "I Agree" button or tab. By doing so YOU gave them express permission and access to YOUR account. Its sad because its only going to get worse. See a electronic contract has the same weight and value as a paper contract. As your ISP assigns YOU a unique number, that is used as YOUR electronic signature. I would caution you that in the future YOU take a few mins and READ what YOU are agreeing to. We as a SPECIES have so fallen in love with the computer that we drop ALL of our usual safe guards. WE give more information to our computer then you would give to a stranger on the street. WE put MORE TRUST into a website then we would a family member. It has to change and the ONLY way that happens is if each of us take responsibility for our actions done online.
