After ordering a couch and love seat cover I opened one to find they looked cheap and did not fit. I immediately folded the cover and put it back in the bag. After printing a label and being advised the cost of shipping would be deducted from the refund I returned the items.
I received a credit of $17.65 in December. Only problem was the original order #18106614 was for $60.00. Whoa!! How much did I pay for shipping??
I emailed and received repeated assurances: "We are committed to providing you the best possible service and are currently investigating this issue for you". I was then advised the cover was "covered" in pet hair. Ummm, no. I literally had this thing out of the bag for a minute and I am a total clean freak. Soooo..
I politely advised them this was not the case and am waiting for a response. Based on other reviews not holding my breath.
Will not use this company again. Don't waste your money. The "Dawg" boots I ordered at the same time were also of very poor quality but they had been tried on and didn't bother returning. Basically a glorified bedroom slipper. So far all the things I have gotten from them are inferior quality. The deals are too good to be true :(
