I purchased an iPad from Nomorerack.com in May and had a change of heart when I realized it was the first one Apple made. It was going to be a gift for our 8 year old grandson.  It didn't have a camera. I did not realize that until I received it. So I contacted the company via email -the only method of contact they allow.  Got a return authorization number and instructions for making the return. 

I followed their instructions for the return meticulously.  in June I got an email from them saying their vendor reports that I failed to include tha AC charge adapter. I replied that I did, in fact, include the adapter.  Next email said they would have some department look into the matter.  The latest email tells me they are sorry, but the vendor admits the iPad was received, but not the adapter, therefor they are closing the request for my refund!

This is fraud!  They have the iPad and the adapter and my money!
