I placed an order with NoMoreRack.com on august 1st for a Sylvania lcd laptop Portable DVD player and recieved a confirmation email for my order a few minutes after placing the order but not only have I not recieved my order it has not even shipped yet after 2 weeks.
I have contacted NoMoreRack 3 times by phone and at least 5 times by email over the last 2 weeks but all i get from them is were sorry your going thru this or sorry for you inconvience rest assured we have escalated this matter to our vendor and are woking hard to settle this matter for you .
NoMoreRack took the money $50 from my card immediately after I placed my order but their customer service doesent seem to be doing much of anything to solve this problem not to mention they keep asking me to wait another few days to hear back from them about my order.
Fedex has issued a lable and a tracking number for my order but neither NoMoreRack nor their vendor can seem to take the time to request an order pickup from fedex.
Ihad to contact Fedex to find out why my order had not shipped yet Because NoMoreRack kept saying they didnt know why and that the vendor had not given a reason they also marked all e-mail inquiry as solved before anything had even been done.
I still wouldnt know why if i had not called Fedex when i saw the tracking number appear as if magicly on my order view page on this past saturday.
I guess they are hoping I will forget or just get so frustrated till I give up but not me they picked the wrong person to mess with this time.
My reccomendation to anyone is to stear clear of this company as they seem to have shady business and shipping practices and Horrible customer service.

Only after finaly threatening to have my lawyer file a Lawsuit against Nomorerack.com did they reluctantly give me a full refund for which I was greatful but in this whole process Nomorerack.com knew it was their responsibilty to send the pickup request that should have been sent when they sent fedex the shipping info to fedex which they all but refused to do. Even after recieveing a full refund I will still never ever shop with Nomorerack.com ever again because if i had not threatened a lawsuit I would still be sitting here either waiting for my Item to be shipped or waiting for my refund, so I will repeat what I said in the begininning stear clear of this company they will take your money and give you the run around and try to keep your money and not give you what you paid for. Even with having recieved a full refund I stand by my original evaluation of this company.

Update 8/18/2014 about an hour ago i recieved an email from JP at nomorack.com saying the following.......Hello Jodie,
Thank you for your patience as we contacted the vendor regarding your order.
Regrettably, our supplier was unable to reship this order. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience. In appreciation of your business, we have gone ahead and requested your refund back to your original payment mode, in the amount of $50.00 for the purchase price of "Sylvania 7" LCD Widescreen Portable DVD Player" and the shipping fee. This may take 5 to 7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your institution.
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

They try to make it sound like the order was actually shipped when they darn well know it wasnt they say they are refunding my money and I should have it by wednesday of next week, we will see if i actualy get my refund or weather I have to fight with them about that for weeks like I did about my order that I never recieved.
