My husband bought me a samsung Galaxy note tablet for christmas. It won't charge/turn on or do anything even when we bought a new charger for it. This tablet is completly dead and won't do anything. This device has a refurbished sticker on the back which the website never said, so we didn't know until I opened it on christmas morning, because of that, the manufacturers warranty is void. Nomorerack refuses to refund the $300.00 even though their website says a 14 day return policy which is up now that we got the run around with them for the past month and when we asked them to send a new one because it says it has a 90 day warranty we have been told 3-5 business days over a dozen times now. Now they won't respond to us at all. This website is a complete scam. We are filing complaints with the better business bureau and the state attorney general. I hope they get shut down so they can't scam anymore people.
