Nomorerack.com Charged original and extra shipping for their mistake Kentucky

Dear nomorerack.com, i think i am done with you! I understand that I had to return the bootS they sent me that were the wrong size. What I don't understand is why I will only be reimbursed $55 for the boots, not the shipping charg? Then to top it off I had to pay $8.45 USPS per their instructions. Then I wonder why I am being charged another $2 shipping charge for the proper size. Really!? What's going on, I have been charged $13 shipping for boots that I was only supposed to pay $2 for because they made a mistake!
