ATTENTION anyone who is thinking about ordering anything from NoMoreRack.com. I ordered a $99 item to be shipped to Arkansas but it appeared at my door instead. Upon talking to a CSR, her supervisor and her supervisor's supervisor, they will NOT agree to redirect the item where I indicated it was supposed to go to. They say "expensive items" will not be shipped to a different address than the billing address -- but nowhere on their site or in the ordering process does it say this. So now I have a 46 lb. item that I have to pay to have reshipped. They hid behind the "company policy" saying they cannot help pay for shipping but will offer me a $15 credit to my account. I have ordered from them for several years -- but NO MORE! I encourage anyone thinking of ordering (they have great prices) -- to go somewhere else!!

 Yes lets conveniently FORGET that online fraud exists. Lets also forget that its ALWAYS the business that takes the hit when there is online fraud. YOU the consumer ALWAYS puts it off on the retailer because YOU don't think YOU should have to pay when YOU are the victim. So the retailer doenst ship to addresses that ARE NOT the billing address. Yea YOUR the smart one.....Get over it because all they are doing is ensuring that NO ONE gets shafted, you instead of just them. It amazes such self-entitled morons STILL exist. Where is the COMMON SENSE?? Oh that just disappears when it looks like YOU have to pay for something. They do this to protect ALL parties involved. You would think someone as "thrifty" as yourself would appreciate the extra work they do to ensure the financial safety of their customers.
