Nomorerack Nomorerack.com Defective Bedsheets internet

I ordered a set of bedsheets from Nomorerack and recieved them on February 13, 2014. I washed the sheets on gentle cycle before putting them on my bed for the first time. After sleeping on them for 2 nights, when making my bed, I discovered that the seam on one of the pillowcases had came apart. When looking at it closer, I found that the seam hadnt been sewn completely and the side of the pillowcase had raveled apart. My husband had also noticed several loose threads on the sheets. I sent them an email on February 15 to let them know about the defective pillow case and ask for a replacement. They responded by saying that it was too late to return the product and that it couldnt be accepted back after it has been worn, washed, used, etc.  I sent them a picture of the pillow case, expressing how disappointed that I was that they refused to replace the item. Then I went to their facebook page and posted my experience there to alert other potential customers of my bad experience. They then stopped responding to my emails and blocked me from their facebook page.

The end result, I paid $29.99 for a set of sheets that are junk. This company sells defective products then refuses to make good. I will never buy from this company again and I have alerted all of my facebook friends and continue to tell anyone that I can about this company. Beware....do not purchase from this company....they are crooks!!!
