I ordered an MID tablet for my husband's Christmas present.  After waiting & hoping it would arrive on time & not receiving the carrying case that was supposed to come with it for weeks after Christmas, it will not turn on or charge now.  My husband has had it a little over a month & used it very little.  When I contacted customer service, they stated they have a 7 day return policy on defective merchandise & refused to do anything about this.  I contacted them twice & received the same response twice!

Apparently, your "Make It Great" policy is outweighed by your 7-day return policy.  I have contacted Nomorerack twice & got the same response, so your generic response here is not welcome.
