This is an online payment service like Paypal. They received funds for me on 7/21/2014 and have been giving me the runaround about the funfs.

I have been calling and emailing since 07/29/2014 and I get. The same answer. "We are having technical problems" Today I reported firm to NYS Attorney General. They have a reputation of this type of act. If you google them rep will become obvious. Someone even started a web site to say how horrible they are.
