I am an online customer of Payza with Bank Wire Inquiry Form for Transaction: 50BA1-B5AA1-281B2, I made a bank weir transfer of $2620.00 on the 7th of April 2016 to be deposited in to my payza account on 11th April 2016. I checked my payza account on the 12th of April 2016 and found that this deposit had not been credited in my payza account. I contacted Payza to find out why my money had not credited but they asked me to contact my bank.

I contacted My Bank and had them check this wire transfer, they informed me that the transfer had cleared on the 11th of April 2016 and there was no problem on my end. I have sent Payza support several emails on various occassion each time they requested an official SWIFT Wire Transfer confirmation sheet from my bank which was sent to them as an attachement on 15th April 2016, they told me to submit a ticket which I also did.

Below is the last email I got from their support team on 15th April 2016 which does not give a date or timescale of when the money will be credited to my Payza account.

"I have reported your transaction to our banking team and they are working diligently to have the funds credited to your Payza account balance as soon as possible. Although we have no further information at this time, we will update you as the situation develops.

Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

Siddhartha S.

I am yet to receive a confirmation of my the remittance of the money into my Payza account and I have sent several emails after that last email but no reply from Payza. I have a feeling that they have deliberately held onto my money in the AB DNB Bank accuring interest on my money and deprieving me of my fund.

I need to know how to get my money back please
