I searched the Internet looking for the best price on a particular product for purchase. PAYZA came up with a result for the particular product.  It's price was substantially cheaper than any other seller of the product.  I selected the product then paid for the product with my credit card.  It looked like an ordinary internet purchase.  Then after the purchase PAYZA acknowledges receipt of payment with a page saying I have deposited on account the funds for the product.  The product I thought I was purchasing never gets shipped as it has been over a month.  I filed a request for refund BUT they want a copy of my date of birth, copy of my Drivers License, copy of my Passport, and Social Security number which has nothing to do with the purchase and I felt like they want to STEAL MY IDENTITY TOO.  They never refunded me my money and they never shipped the product.

From your comment, it seems as though your issue is not with Payza's services, but with a merchant who uses Payza as one of their payment processing options. It is important to note that in this case, Payza is acting as an intermediary between yourself, the buyer, and your merchant, the seller.


That said, in cases where you made payment for a purchase through Payza, we are still able to help you obtain a refund or resolve disputes with your merchant if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

I believe our Customer Support Team is still assisting you in this matter. I hope you will amend this report to more accurately reflect your complaint and to note the support you received from Payza in helping you resolve this matter.
