This company came up as payment service (akin to paypal) for an online seller. Did not receive the product, 2 months later tried to get the Payza people involved, they told me I had to provide the following in order to get a refund. 

Photo ID:
 
• Your International Passport, Country/State/Municipal ID or Driver’s License (note: worker, voter and school ID s are NOT accepted)
 
• Your ID must be valid and not expired
 
• Your name and date of birth must match the information in your Payza account
 
• At least three (3) edges of your ID must be visible
 
Proof of Address:
 
• Your telephone bill, electricity or utility bill, credit card or bank statement (note: a photo ID will not be accepted as a proof of address)
 
• Your document must be dated within three (3) months
 
• Your name and address must match the information in your Payza account (If they do not match, you may provide an explanation in your email reply)
 
• Your name and address must be clearly visible
 
Think about what they could do with this information. They had no problem taking my money, but they won't refund it

PAYZA NEVER TRANSFERED FUNDS TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. PAYZA WOULD ONLY REPLY WITH COOKIE CUTTER RESPONSES TO NO AVAIL. WE LOST OUR MONEY. Payza never completed a transfer of funds to my bank and would keep replying with canned responses until we untimately we gave up.
