PAYZA Payza put my account on hold when they asking me for passport , bank statements and photo for me holding my passport and i did it but they still didn't open my account Internet

I was add  $70 fund for my account in Payza via bank account and wathdrawal it,

Then i add $250 sent $50 for someone and ask for wathdrawal $200 for my bitcoin wallet when i add $500 to my account so they put my account on hold and asking me to send Passport with bank statement. I did.

And they approved it and back again to asking for take selife photo with my Passport, also i did. and they asking for make a call phone i tried to contact them but i got automatice msg asking for 5digits code so i asking support abt it but i did'nt got any response,

I have more than One month and they have $700 in my account can't use it to refund or withdrawal it. Any help?
