Payza I did a bank tranfer deposit of $130 to payza they told me it was declined I contacted my bank the check did clear I still have not received the money in my payza account. Internet

I am a customer Of Payza online Payment Proscessor on 02/12/2015 I did a bank transfer in the amount of $130 to be deposited in to my payza account on 02/19/2015 I checked my payza account and found that this deposit was declined. I contacted My Bank and had them check this withdrawl they informed me that the check had cleared and there was no problem on my end. I have used Payza chat box and spoke with their advisor on two occassion both times they told me to submit a ticket which I did.I have never receive a response to those tickets. I have also sent email with the copy of the check still no reponse. I have also sent an email to allcom who issued the check with an attachment of the check inquiring as to what happened to my withdrawl no response. I am not sure where to go from here other than contacting my state attorney general. I could really use some help

Update to payza

After 12 days of trying to get this mess with payza straight It happened I finally receive my deposit, But this was a battle which I am very upset about because it should not have happen. Payza didn't due their due diligence when I went with a bank transfer, They should have informed me that the company Allcom who issue the check for the withdrawl from my bank. Payza was to inform me of my  ID and Password to ALLcom so I could actually see when the deposit arrive payza didn't do this. After 11 emails to Allcom 3 chat box and 4 tickets submited to payza it was resolved. This very poor staff performance from payza and I am the one who had to do all the work finding the problem and getting it resolved with allcom who helped they went above and beyond to help me.
