Payza (The worst online payment processor ever).. They suddenly reversed $1693 from my account without any previous warning, I have sold a lot of services to one of my clients, the last service delivered to the buyer was on 18/12/2015 and on 31/12/2015 I suddenly found that payza reversed two transactions related to that buyer, then reversed another one on 11/1/2015, then another two transactions on 13/1/2015, and the last one was on 19/1/2015, and when I asked them they replied after almost one week saying that the source of the funds is fraudulent !! I wan to ask, Who should take the responsibility of fraudulent funds !! me or payza ?!! and after almost 15 days and after I have delivered the full service they discovered suddenly that the funds is fraudulent !! is that my fault !! they should protect my business not to stole or waste my money, I am not responsible that they are depending on an insecure and poor payment processor, despite of very bad and unhelpful support, they are always replies after two or three weeks and sometimes don't reply at all !! I want to restore all reversed funds again to my account, I will publish a scam and fraud reports against payza, they are really not deserve to be a secure and safe payment processor, I will advise everyone to be away and aware from them. Question for you---

Why do you think payza should be responsible for covering the fraud money??? I understand you being upset but it seems you should be upset with the buyer who caused this by paying you fraudulently. You need to file police reports and press charges against the BUYER who is the real ripoff here, not your bank who was just the middleman on the transactions.
And NO, I do not work for payza.
