I started using Payza on the 11th of December 2015, and processed a total of about 125 transactions with them. Firstly, I didn't get my first withdrawal to my bank for about a month, whereas I should have received it within 2 weeks or so. There was delay after delay with every withdrawal I made, so I stopped using them on the 30th of January 2016 and sourced another card processing company, as my cashflow was suffering so badly.
There was a remaining balance in my account of £968.13, which I tried to withdraw on the 7th of February 2016, but my request to withdraw was denied, without citing any reason whatsoever. I since tried withdrawing my funds again on the 11th, 17th and 19th of February 2016, and eqach request was denied. After contacting them many times through support tickets, (their live chat is always down) they eventually emailed me saying that they wanted confirmation from a number of my clients that they were happy with the services my company procided, before they would release my funds. I left it a few days for that to get cleared up, and there were a few chargebacks, leaving my balance at £904.43. I've tried withdrawing this agai on the 24th and 29th of February, again to have the request denied.
I have now, 29th February 2016, received an email from Payza stating the following:
Regrettably your account has been active December of 2015 and has already had 6 reversals in your account and this indicates poor business practice and Payza does not wish to be associated with such.
These chargebacks that are forced upon Payza by the card owner and their card issuer and we have no control over this. As a result of this we are unable to approve any withdrawals due to the risks present.
We regret to inform you that your withdrawal cannot be completed due to a number of unsatisfied clients.
I've replied to their email asking for a timetable as to when I can have access to my funds, but no reply as yet. However, from reading their email above, it looks as though they have decided to keep my money without offering me any option to withdraw it. There have been 6 chargebacks on my account, which amounts to under 5%, so this doesn't seem at all justified to me.
I'd appreciate it if anyone could give me some advice here please.

So I emailed a link of this report to Payza, and within 10 minutes I've had a repsonse stating this:
The funds you have received have been placed on a temporary hold while we investigate the source of the funds. For the moment you may wish to withhold products or services until the matter is resolved. Pending the outcome, the funds will either be released to your available balance or refunded.
Refunded?? We have already provided the service and I've paid my staff to process these applications, so I can't withhold as suggesetd! This is absolutely awful customer service. The 'source of funds' is clearly acceptable or there would have been a lot more than 6 chargebacks.
