PDM International RIPOFF Bedford Texas

PDM International contacted me back in 2006, promising me that they would lower my interest rate and cut my debt in half and get me complete out of debt in 3 years...... well i thought it was great since my husband was the only working and we had one baby and one on the way, and i figured i had to help with the finances somehow......YEA Right, I should have know better that it was too good to be true.....they charged me a one time fee of $990 on to my high interest high balance credit card....

then i didnt hear anything from them in almost 6 months, until i contacted them myself....when i did i was given to a lady by the name of Dana, she was suppose to be my credit counslor. when i asked for help from the company, she sent me in the mail some sort of payment plan that was suppose to get me out of debt in 3 years.....she sent me a paper telling me to make credit card payments to my creditor in the amounts of $400-$600 a month to each. i notified her that those were unresonible payments because my husband only made $600 a week and i still had to pay a mortgage and other necessary bills.

now i had at least 6 credit cards to my self that she wanted me to make these payments to of $400-$600. when i told her that i could not make the payments, i heard nothing else, i called my credit card companies myself to lower my interest on my cards (now if i knew it was that easy i would have done it my self all along). so i didnt hear anything from the company since 2007, when i tried to contact the company in early to mid of 2008, i called the number that i was given, when i called it the person on the other end told me that the company had moved and that they were no longer handling any of their clients....she gave me the number for the offices in Texas,

so i contacted them down there....when i asked to speak to the Dana lady to try to get my refund back, they notified me that she no longer worked for the company and hasnt in a while....so they set me up with some lady by the name of Pauline, she never called me, i had to constantly call them....then i was give to gentlemen who told me to write a letter to them and tell them i didnt want the services anymore and they would refund my money with no problem that was in September of 2008.....

it is now July of 2009 and i still have no refund, they keep on giving me the run-a-round about the refund. first telling me that the machines are down then telling me that they are backed up......now they just dont return phone calls anymore.....How hard is it to give a refund check....now i am about to take this all to a higher step, perhaps seeking legal counsel.....and i will tell you this, it is going to cost this company way more then $990 by the time that i am done with them.
