Yesterday morning I received a phone call with an offer to reduce my credit card rates. Who wouldn't want that? After listening to their confusing presentation I agreed to enroll. After hanging up, I called my husband, who was very wary of the offer, and asked me to call them back and un-enroll. After calling back, they said "Mike" a financial advisor would call me back shortly.

Needless to say, Mike never called back. I immediately called my VISA card and told them that I had tried to cancel the enrollment into the PDM program, but was refused. VISA said that they would wait the 5 days for the charge to post, and then I could dispute the charge. This charge was not even posted yet, but my authorization was on record for the transaction. This was all just hours after the initial call. All PDM needed to do was to cancel the enrollment. I am a busy mother of four and a school teacher. I do not have time for this! PDM should honor my wishes; I retract my authorization and am asking them to do the right thing!

After some frustrating calls to PDM's customer service and calls to my credit card company, PDM cancelled my enrollment and refunded my fee. This was greatly appreciated.

This company could use some training in customer relations, especially their direct customer service line. It was their attitude in customer service that alarmed me and caused me to want out as soon as possible. The enrollment team is as sweet as can be, yet once I signed up it seemed to turn sour.

Well, I learned my lesson the hard way.
