They charged $695.00 onto my credit card, and then won't delete because they taped me verbally agreeing to their charge. Mesa Arizona

Ricky Greene made a sales solicit call to, when I am on the "DO NOT CALL LIST." Sold me on the product, and then I realized that I had changed my mind, and wanted to cancel their product. They said that I have to fill out a form that they sent with my credit card accounts to see if they can bring down my interest rate. If the can't then they will refund the charge back to my credit card. They simply refuse refund my money, and listen to the fact that I do not want their service, and said that they have a verbal agreement taped, and went over the terms. And I didn't understand the terms, and the fact they solicited a do not call number is a federal crime. I want the $695.00 off my bill.
