PDM International Charged me $990 to lower interest rates and have not. Mesa, AZMesa Arizona

The company claims to lower interest rates on credit cards and other debts for a fee of $990. I was told I could choose the debts I wanted to lower. If they couldn't save me $2,500 I could get my money back.

After almost 1 year they have talked to me 2 times and made 1 attempt to lower rates. The attempt they made was for me to apply for another credit card with a lower rate and put my high rate debts on that card. That is not what I was told on the phone on the initial conversation. I was told that they would lower my existing rates on my existing cards. I did not want more credit cards.

They do not call and you cannot get them on the phone. I just want my money back.
