Personnel Concepts Bait and Switch Unnecessary Add-on Sale at Additional Costs Attempt to Pass as Official Labor Law Provider Ontario California

Received mailed notification of need for compliance posters at a low cost with outrageous shipping.  Began to check online and was referred back to personnelconcepts.com  with the total price of $19.95.  I responded online to place order, but didn't receive product within 2 weeks.  A representative called because my order had been placed on hold to confirm demographics for proper posters.  Once information was confirmed, I was told that my order cost was $224.95 plus $11.95 Shipping and handling.  I refused.  Representative asked me why, then said he would talk to his supervisor to get permission to offer me a lower price.  Cost was lowered to $99.95 plus $11.95 shipping and handling.  I asked to have my order held so that I could find something cheaper.  I found another company, LaborLawCenter that provided same service for $62.99.  When I called to cancel the order with Personnel Concepts they required that I give them the other company information so that they could ad match.  They did offer $62.99 pluse $11.95 shipping and handling.  I refused and requested refund of all money.  I told them that they had claimed to be the lowest price out there for the poster and I found that to be erroneous information and that I would rather do business with a company that just stated facts and did not try to rip off small business owners.
