Personnel Concepts Sold me up...or down the river Ontario California

I filled out the order form for the labor law poster for about $15.00 with shipping. I received a call from a representative who sold me right up..or down the river for about $250.00. Thank goodness I sent them a check and didn't give them my credit card number. I am cancelling payment on the check. What a bunch of hooey! Everyone says the labor law posters are available for free from the DOL, so that's where I am getting mine. This company is very, very misleading. They scare the consumer with an envelope that looks very government-official. I knew it wan't, because I read everything, but I just wanted the convenience of ordering a nice poster for a reasonable amount of money. It was not to be, alas. They are crooks and should be shut right down.
