I received a VERY misleading notice from this company that was formatted to look like it came from the government of New York.  The notice appeared to be a governmental agency informing me I had to buy certain forms and display them at my business.

The best part is that I do not own a business.  FAIL!

This is obviously a scam where they are pretending to be part of the NY State government and are trying to scare people into ordering their products.  They should go to jail.
