Personnel Concepts Bait and Switch! Consumer Beware! San Dimas California

I ordered a copy of the Revised California & Federal Labor Law Notices.  The cost was $9.95 plus shipping and handling.  I received a telephone call from a representative.  She stated that it was imperative that I have several other signs posted or that I would be heavily fined.  For just $345.00 I could have these signs.  I said NO and to return my money for the original sign.  When I looked at what I ordered these other signs were include in my original order for $9.95.  THIS COMPANY IS AN EXPERT IN THE ART OF SCAMMING CONSUMERS.
