I responded to an internet solicitation for Spanish and Korean languages instructional CD's for $9.95 per each. I received the CD's. I only opened and tried the Spanish but it sucks, I am not satisfied with their products.
I subsequently received 2 packages of additional Spanish and Korean CD's hat I did not order. Since I didn't order these CD's and was not satisfied in their products so I forgot about them. 5 months later,
I received a collection letter demanding payment of $512. I contacted the company to tell them I would return the CD's. The company refused to issue a Return Authorization Number. They directed me to vague wording informing me of their return policy.
This company relies on an inviting come on, and vague and unreasonable return policy to sell their merchandise.
Luckily, I used the pre-paid credit card in the first place so they cannot charge any money more than I ordered.
I will never ever pay for their f**king CD's.
Do not fall for this fraud.
