Pimsleur Approach They say they have proof I received it , Internet

On 4/30/2012 I purchased the Pimsleur Quick & Simple Spanish Language series online for $9.95. 

On 5/15/2012 I called the company because it hadnt arrived. They said to wait another 7 10 days that and that it had been shipped.  

On 06/1/2012 I called to say it hadnt arrived and to cancel the order and refund my payment.  I was assured that would happen.

As of 08/10/2012 the initial order hasnt been refunded and as of 8/3/2012 a $64 charge was placed by them against the card.  I called them 08/10/2012 to inquire about the charge and the refund.  They said they delivered the original order and that the full language program which started shortly thereafter was also delivered and that they have that proof from USPS that it was delivered.  Also, they had been trying to bill me for it since the beginning of July and were only able to do so until 08/03/2012, which puts me into collections with them.  

I  told them that to date I have received nothing from them and in fact cancelled the original order back on 6/01/2012.  The person I spoke with, Caleb made a statement that he thought it was weird that I didnt get either of the packages.  I was told by Pimsleur they would investigate and I should call them back in 7 10 days.  Clearly they like that statement.

I called back today, 08/29/2012 and talked with Caleb again, they apparently investigated it   . . . they have a tracking notification from USPS that it was delivered on 06/02/2012.  I NEVER RECEIVED IT!  I NEVER RECEIVED IT and I don't give a rats #*#)#) if the tracking notification says it was delivered.  USPS doesn't deliver to me on Saturdays, they leave things out in the parking area in plain view of the world and I am at a loss as to what to do!!!
