Placesetting.com After not receiving my order, I cancelled it and have yet to receive a credit of $300. Matthews North Carolina

Placed a wedding gift order of china and after several weeks of calling and receiving no response with regard to the status of the order, I my wife and members of the family who grew frustrated, asked me to contact placesettings. I sent a nasty email complaining that they never got back to anyone about the status of the order. I also stated that I wanted to cancel the order. They responded after some time, stating that their records indicated no phone calls about the order and they "honored" my cancellation request. I had also called my credit card company about my dissatisfaction with placesettings because they charged my credit card $300 shortly after we had placed the order. My credit card company stated that we should wait for the next statement to come in and to see if the credit was applied. If it wasn't, then I was to call the credit card company again and they would assist me in proceeding from there.

Well, my statement came in around April 1 and the credit was not on it. I sent an email to placesettings the same day asking why they had not yet credited my account. As of April 7 I have not received a response. So I sent yet another nasty email to them today telling them that if I didn't get the credit applied within the next 48 hours I'd take whatever action I needed to take to "take down" their business. this site is one of those actions.
